Can I switch shop systems without losing my search rankings?
That is what the move is built for. Where your old addresses can stay the same, they stay; every product and category URL that has to change gets a 301 redirect to its new page, so rankings follow. Catalogue and photos move with it, customer accounts too (customers set a new password at first login), and the order history as an archive if you want it.
Does my old shop keep selling during the move?
Yes. Your old shop sells as it always has until the new one is live. The domain switches on a day we agree — after your review and a check of redirects and payments. Moving is part of the setup: quoted together with it, not billed on top.
Which shop systems can I move from?
From the one you run today, if it can export its catalogue. We write the adapter once, for your data — products, variants, prices and categories — so the system’s name matters less than what its export contains. Name it in the offer form and we tell you on the call what moves and how.
What happens to my customer accounts and order history?
Customer accounts move with e-mail and profile. Passwords cannot move, so customers set a new one at their first login. Your order history comes along as a read-only archive, if you want it.
When can I switch off my old shop?
Whenever you choose, after the switch. It runs on your hosting and your licence, so ending it is yours to decide — many shops keep it for a week or two as a fallback.
