Products and catalogue
Rich product pages, variants, prices per market, stock, media — edited by hand or fed from your systems.
Managed e-commerce
One platform for whatever you sell — retail, a marketplace or auto parts. Your brand on the storefront, our team behind it.
Managed, not just hosted
Servers, deploys, backups, updates, security patches, monitoring, mail deliverability, the search index, the image pipeline — the work that keeps a shop alive never lands on your desk. Monitoring runs around the clock, and when something needs fixing you are not the one who has to notice it first.
Operations · what runs without you
One product line, no forks: every shop runs a tested release of the same platform, and an upgrade reaches it only once it has passed the checks.
Solutions
A professional shop without running one: storefront, admin, payments, search, images, e-mails — and all the operations behind it.

Admin · Modules

Two shops, one switch
Shop switch
Your old shop keeps selling until the new one is live — then we switch the domain, not you.
Where an address can stay the same, it stays; every one that has to change gets a 301 to its new page, so search engines follow you.
Products, customers and, if you want it, your order history as an archive. Passwords can’t move; customers set a new one at first login.
The switch is a DNS change on a day we set together.
The plugins you were paying for stay behind. Your new shop runs the modules it needs — switched on by us, nothing to pick or maintain.
The admin

Not just an API. Everything the platform can do is reachable through its API — and on top of it sits a fast admin built for the people who run the shop, not for developers. We operate both.
One admin
Products, orders, customers, promotions, modules — one place, the same on every install. Nothing to install, nothing to update.
What managed means
No server, nothing to install, no update button. Everything you do is in the admin; everything else is ours.
From request to live
The offer form or an e-mail. A call of 30–45 minutes. Your own written offer, every figure in it.
Catalogue, images, texts, brand, payment account, domain. The clock starts when the data is complete.
Dedicated server, storefront in your brand, catalogue imported, images processed, search built, payments in test.
A preview link, your corrections, old addresses kept or redirected, payments live — on an agreed date.
Feeds or API, images, backups, monitoring. Monthly report and one invoice. Platform updates and new modules as they ship.
A feature you wish for becomes a module everyone gets, an extension only your shop needs, or a clear no — and your shop keeps getting every update.
Questions
TritonCart is managed e-commerce: we set up your online shop, host it and run it — the storefront in your brand, the admin, the catalogue intake and the whole operation behind them. You sell; updates, backups, monitoring and support are ours. TritonCart is part of the UNENO brand family, Germany.
For businesses that sell online: retailers with their own range, auto parts dealers, and companies that want to operate a marketplace with many sellers. A start-up and a large catalogue run on the same platform; what differs is how much of it is switched on.
No. You work in one admin — products and prices, orders, customers, promotions, content. Servers, updates, backups and security patches never reach your desk; there is nothing to install and no update button to press.
Yes — that is what the switch is built around. Your old shop keeps selling until the new one is ready; addresses that can stay the same stay, and every one that has to change gets a 301 redirect to its new page, so search engines follow you. Products, customers and, if you want it, your order history come across. Passwords cannot be moved, so customers set a new one at first login. The switch itself is a DNS change on a date we agree.
No — and that is deliberate. TritonCart runs on our infrastructure, like Shopware Cloud or Shopify. The difference is that our commerce core is open source, so you could self-host it tomorrow without us; what we sell is the layer on top and the work of running it. Your shop, your brand, your customers and your data stay yours, and the data leaves whenever you want.
Ten minutes for the form, then a call and a written offer — every figure in it, before you commit to anything.
