Pricing

What your online shop costs — and what is included.

No price list and no one-size plan. Every shop gets its own written offer, shaped to what you sell and how you want to pay: a fixed monthly price, a share of every sale, or anything between. A startup or a large catalogue gets the same install and the same care.

The building blocks

Three blocks. Your offer uses the ones that fit.

01

Setup

Once — or spread over the first months

Everything up to the first order: your catalogue imported, the photos processed, the storefront in your brand, payments connected, legal pages, mail from your domain — and the move from your old shop, if you have one.

02

Monthly price

Fixed, from the month you go live

Your own install and the people who run it: server, database, search, storage and CDN; backups, monitoring and updates; support by e-mail, answered the next business day.

→ In a share-only offer, the share carries it.

03

Share of sales

Monthly, for the month before

A percentage of your order value without VAT, after cancellations and refunds — on its own or next to a monthly price, flat or stepping down as you grow. It comes with a statement of the orders behind it.

The shapes

From fully fixed to fully variable — and anywhere between.

Some shops want a figure they can plan; others want to pay only when they sell. Most sit somewhere between. We agree the point that fits your business — not your size.

  1. Fixed monthly

One figure every month, whatever you sell.

  2. Monthly + share

A lower fixed part; the rest follows your sales.

  3. Share only

No monthly price: a percentage of every sale.

→ A marketplace or anything larger is scoped as a project, then run like every other install.

What the price covers

Included — and what is priced separately.

Priced separately — always named before it applies

Payment fees
Charged by your provider directly, on your own account. We never touch or mark up payments.
Modules you switch on later
Each at its own price, named before you switch it on.
Another market or language
A one-time setup and a small monthly addition.
Storage or traffic far beyond normal use
At cost, announced before it applies.
Custom work
There is none. A wish becomes a module for everyone, or a clear no.

Whatever the shape, every figure is in the written offer before you sign — and nothing is added later without being named first.

What shapes the offer

Eight questions shape your offer.

01

Catalogue

How many products and variants, and where they come from.

02

Photos

How many, and where they are today.

03

Markets

The countries, languages and currencies at the start.

04

Feeds

Whether a daily intake runs, and in which format.

05

Fitment

For auto parts: where the vehicle data comes from.

06

Your old shop

Which system, and how many addresses move.

07

Sales

What you expect a month. After three months we look at the real figures together.

08

How you want to pay

Fixed, variable, or a mix.

They are the questions of the offer form. An auto parts install carries feeds, fitment and photos at scale, so it is sized larger; a marketplace is scoped with its first operator, from the same blocks.

Questions

Frequently asked.

What does a managed online shop cost?

There is no price list — every shop gets its own written offer. It is built from three blocks: a setup (once, or spread over the first months), a fixed monthly price and a share of sales; your offer uses the setup plus one of the other two, or both. What sizes it: your catalogue, photos, markets and feeds, your old shop, expected sales and how you want to pay.

What does the monthly price include — and what not?

Your own install and the people who run it: server, database, search, storage and CDN; backups, monitoring, security patches and platform upgrades; support by e-mail, answered the next business day. Priced separately, and always named before it applies: payment fees (charged by your provider, on your own account), modules you switch on later, and another market or language.

Do I pay anything before I sign?

No. The request, the call and the offer are free. The first part of the setup is due on signing, the rest at go-live — or spread over the first months, if agreed; the monthly price starts at go-live. After that: one invoice a month, in arrears.

How long is the contract?

The term is named in the offer: usually 12 months at first, then three months’ notice. There is no exit fee — you get a full export within 30 days.
